Water Rates
Minimum Charge--$48.15
Per 1000 Gallons--$14.18
Customer deposit: $150.00
Effective July 8, 2024
Disconnection of water service: Water user accounts that’s prior balance isn’t paid in full the following month by 9am on the 20th will be subject for shutoff.
Shutoff Policy:
This schedule is based on a 12 month cycle.
1st shutoff:
Disconnection Fee $50.00
Reconnection Fee $50.00
2nd shutoff:
Disconnection Fee $75.00
Reconnection Fee $50.00
3rd shutoff:
Disconnection Fee $100.00
Reconnection Fee $50.00
Current deposit is applied towards balance due and a new deposit of $150.00 is required to be paid before water is restored.
4th Shutoff:
Disconnection $200.00
Reconnection $50.00
When a customer gets to the 4th shutoff tier they will stay at this tier until 12 consecutive months have passed since last disconnection.
Non Payment after shutoff- If disconnection happen and you do not restore water service 60 days from disconnect date then the meter is pulled and the 2 year rule is started.
In the event that water service is discontinued for any reason for up to a period of two (2) years, a reconnection charge of $100.00 plus the minimum rate for each and every month the service was discontinued shall be paid prior to re-establishing service. Minimum rate is what the current rate is when reconnecting the meter.
In the event that water service has been discontinued a period of two (2) years or greater, a fee of 2/3 of the cost of installation of a new meter shall be charged.
